Tex Beat Sourcing
Case Study: Tex Beat Sourcing – Crafting a Digital Identity from Scratch
Project Overview
Tex Beat Sourcing is a leading garment buying house based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, serving international buyers with premium apparel solutions. Despite their established physical reputation, they lacked a digital presence. I was commissioned to design and develop their first-ever official website to showcase their products, services, and global reach.

The Challenge (“From Scratch”)
The biggest challenge of this project was the absence of a prior digital footprint. There was no existing website, content structure, or digital brand guidelines to follow.
- Discovery: I had to translate a traditional B2B garment business model into a modern, user-friendly digital experience.
- Architecture: Building a scalable information architecture that categorizes diverse product lines (Men, Ladies, Kids, Home Textile) logically.
- Content Strategy: Creating a professional narrative that builds trust with international buyers who cannot visit the office physically.
Solution & Execution
I focused on a “Trust-First” design philosophy. For a sourcing agency, reliability and quality are paramount.
- Visual Design: Used a clean, corporate color palette with high-quality imagery of garments and factory operations to reflect professionalism.
- Product Cataloging: Developed an organized mega-menu and dedicated categories for different apparel types, making it easy for buyers to explore their manufacturing capabilities.
- Responsive Performance: Optimized the site for high-speed loading and mobile responsiveness, ensuring international clients can access it seamlessly from any device.
- Global Footprint Map: Integrated a visual representation of their market reach (Germany, Italy, Denmark, etc.) to establish immediate authority.

Website Audit & Key Features
- Hero Section: High-impact visuals with a clear Value Proposition: “Elegance In Every Stitch.”
- Dynamic FAQ: A comprehensive FAQ section to reduce friction in the lead generation process, addressing common concerns about MOQs, payments, and logistics.
- Factory Compliance: Dedicated space for certifications and quality control processes to meet international compliance standards.
- Interactive Contact: Strategic Call-to-Actions (CTAs) and an integrated contact form for direct inquiries.

The Result
The final product is a robust, professional, and SEO-friendly website that serves as Tex Beat Sourcing’s global digital office.

Personal Reflection
Working on a project from absolute scratch taught me how to lead a client through the digital transformation process—from initial wireframing to final deployment. It required not just coding, but also strategic thinking about how to position a Bangladeshi garment business in the global market.
